Jason A. Colquitt, Editor  |
 | Jason A. Colquitt is the William Harry Willson Distinguished Chair in the University of Georgia’s Department of Management. He received his Ph.D. from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad Graduate School of Management, and earned his B.S. in Psychology from Indiana University. His research interests include organizational justice, trust, team effectiveness, and personality influences on task and learning performance. He has published more than thirty articles on these and other topics in Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and Personnel Psychology. He is currently serving as the Editor-in-Chief for Academy of Management Journal, after a three-year term as Associate Editor. Professor Colquitt has served on a number of editorial boards, including Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Management, and International Journal of Conflict Management. He is a recipient of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology’s Distinguished Early Career Contributions Award and the Cummings Scholar Award for early to mid-career achievement, sponsored by the Organizational Behavior division of the Academy of Management. Pratima Bansal, Associate Editor  |
 | Pratima (Tima) Bansal is a Professor in Strategic Management at the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario (Canada). Her doctorate was granted by the University of Oxford. Her primary research interests lie in the areas of business sustainability and international business, which she has investigated using a range of qualitative and quantitative methods. Her work has been published in the Academy of Management Journal, Organization Science, the Strategic Management Journal, and the Journal of Management Studies. She is the Director of Ivey’s Centre for Building Sustainable Value and the Executive Director of the Network for Business Sustainability. Both of the Centre and the Network aim to strengthen the ties between research and practice. The Aspen Institute awarded her the title of Faculty Pioneer for Academic Leadership in 2008, and she held the title of Faculty Scholar at the University of Western Ontario during 2008-2010. Joyce Bono, Associate Editor  |
 | Joyce E. Bono (Ph.D. University of Iowa) is Professor of Management in the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida. Her research focuses broadly on employees’ quality of work life and includes topics such as leadership, personality, job attitudes, motivation, and gender. She has published in journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Psychological Bulletin, Human Performance, Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, and Leadership Quarterly. Kevin G. Corley, Associate Editor  |
 | Kevin G. Corley received his Doctorate from The Pennsylvania State University in Business Administration, with a specialization in Organizational Behavior. He also has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miami University. He is currently an Associate Professor of management at Arizona State University, where he has taught leadership and negotiation classes in the W. P. Carey MBA program since 2005. Prior to this position at ASU, he was an Assistant Professor of organizational behavior in the Business School at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Prior to receiving his PhD, Kevin was a change management consultant for Ernst & Young, LLP in Chicago. His research interests focus on sensemaking and organizing processes, especially at they pertain to organizational change. He has applied this focus to phenomena involving organizational identity, image, identification, culture, and knowledge. His research has recently appeared in the Academy of Management Journal, the Academy of Management Review, Administrative Science Quarterly, Organization Science, and Human Relations. His 2004 paper entitled “Identity ambiguity and change in the wake of a corporate spin-off” received the 2010 Award for Scholarly Contribution at Administrative Science Quarterly.  | Marta A. Geletkanycz is an Associate Professor of Strategic Management at the Boston College Carroll School of Management.  | Gerard (Gerry) George (PhD, Virginia Commonwealth University) is Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Director of the Rajiv Gandhi Centre at Imperial College London. He is Innovation Fellow of the Advanced Institute of Management, an initiative of the UK's Economic and Social Research Council. He has published on the topics of resource assembly and resource constraints in start-ups, absorptive capacity, capability development, and innovation. Specifically, the book (with Adam Bock) titled Inventing Entrepreneurs: Technology Innovators and their Entrepreneurial Journey (Prentice Hall, 2008) adopts a scientist’s perspective on technology commercialization. His current research focuses on inclusive innovation in healthcare and energy in developing countries. Adam M. Grant, Associate Editor  |
 | Adam M. Grant is Associate Professor of Management with tenure at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He earned his Ph.D. and M.S. from the University of Michigan in organizational psychology and his B.A. from Harvard University magna cum laude with highest honors in psychology and Phi Beta Kappa honors. His research focuses on work motivation, job design, prosocial helping and giving behaviors, initiative and proactive behaviors, and employee well-being. He has published four AMJ articles in the past four years and more than fifteen articles in Academy of Management Review, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Organization Science, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes. He was the 2011 recipient of the Cummings Scholarly Achievement Award for early to mid-career achievement from the Academy of Management, the APA Distinguished Scientific Award for Early Career Contribution to Applied Psychology, and the SIOP Distinguished Early Career Contributions Award – Science. He has also received the Owens Scholarly Achievement Award for the Best Publication in I/O Psychology and fellowships from the National Science Foundation and the American Academy of Political and Social Science.  | Kyle Mayer (Ph.D., University of California at Berkeley) is an Associate Professor of Strategy in the Management and Organization Department in the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. He has taught core strategy classes in the Marshall MBA program for the past 10 years, as well as offering an elective on alliances and cooperative strategy. His research involves the governance of inter-organizational relationships, with a focus on the strategic use of contracts, as well as the boundaries of the firm. Kyle has more recently developed an interest in the micro processes that affect how contracts are designed and utilized.  | Dr. Gerry McNamara is a Professor of Management at Michigan State University. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota. His research focuses on understanding the factors that influence the strategic decision making of organizations. He examines how the dynamics of markets, competitive pressures, organizational characteristics, executive compensation, and top manager characteristics all influence the strategic choices of firms.  | Timothy G. Pollock is a Professor Management in the Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University. He holds a BS in Finance from Northern Illinois University, an MBA from the University of Texas-Austin and a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Tim's research focuses on the social construction of value in uncertain and ambiguous circumstances, particularly the contexts of corporate governance, executive compensation and entrepreneurial market environments, with a focus on the initial public offerings (IPO) market. He considers how social and political factors such as reputation, celebrity, social capital, impression management activities, media accounts, and the power of different actors influence IPO firm performance, survival, alliance formation activities, and executive recruitment and compensation. Tim's research has won the INFORMS/Organization Science Dissertation Proposal Competition, the Lou Pondy Award from the Organization and Management Theory Division of the Academy of Management, and the 2009 IDEA Thought Leader Award from the Entrepreneurship Division of the Academy of Management.  | Yan Zhang (Anthea) is a professor of strategic management at the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business, Rice University. Dr. Zhang's areas of specialization include CEO succession and dismissal, and foreign direct investment and technology entrepreneurship in emerging markets.
