People who work long hours are no more likely to show indicators of heart disease and diabetes, according to research in the current issue of Academy of Management Discoveries. But try not to be too compulsive about it. A "compulsive work mentality poses a more serious health risk than the act of working long hours,” the journal reads. Still, "workaholism is not always bad for health.”
